Research shows that Apple Cider Vinegar can reduce itching and scale effect of Psoriasis. You can apply one teaspoon of vinegar mixed with lukewarm water on the affected area. Massage the lotion into your skin for 2-4 minutes and after that wash it with water. However, Apple Cider Vinegar is strongly not recommended if you have open wounds as it can lead to skin irritation and give burning sensation.

3. Capsaicin:

Symptoms of Psoriasis-like inflammation, redness and scaling can be reduced with the application of Capsaicin. However, if you find any burning sensation on the implementation of Capsaicin stop the use immediately.

Olive oil has anti-inflammatory property and it works as an excellent moisturizer for parched skin. Applying drops of olive oil on the affected area can reduce Psoriasis results to an extent. You can also take olive oil with milk and even take a bath with a mixture of drops of olive oil and warm water.

7. Baking soda:

The typical symptom of Psoriasis, i.e., itching can be diminished quickly with the application of baking soda with water. Make a paste with 1:4 proportions of baking soda and water respectively. Apply the paste of the affected area and leave it to dry. Once it gets dried, you can quickly remove it. Prefer using a soft cloth or cotton for the application.
